January 2024…
I’m staring through the window of my apartment overlooking my hometown in Belgium.
I feel drained, frustrated, and bored as I force myself to figure out how I’m going to make my online business work.
It’s been 2 years since I left my career in real estate, and I’ve been trying to get my mentoring business off the ground for the past year and a half.
I’ve achieved some successes by now, yet things never really clicked, something is missing…
I’m ready to admit that I’ve been approaching this project from the wrong angle and with the wrong energy….
I am done figuring it out” & “trying to make it work.”
I know I’m pursuing the right thing, but things feel out of alignment. There’s only 1 real solution here… go within.
On repeat…
I become aware I’m still operating from the belief that achieving freedom & success requires hard work and is going to be difficult.
A belief that got instilled in me at an early age. Working hard is the norm in my family—no balance, just manically living for your business or career while your health and relationships carry the cost.
I found myself repeating the cycle while working as a real estate agent, becoming obsessed by my career, success and money.
Eventually, that life didn’t make sense to me anymore. This was not how I wanted to live my life.
So I asked myself…
What was I really longing for?
Deep down, I longed for something deeper
something real, a life with meaning and purpose.
A life where I could stay true to myself, without having to hold back any parts of me.
A life that truly fulfills me while doing what I love and what excites me, without feeling like I have to force myself to “work hard.”
A life of ultimate freedom.
Yet, 2 years later, here I am, still operating from the belief that I can only achieve freedom and success by working hard and by sacrificing doing what I truly love.
Still trying to build and grow my business from the wrong angle and with the wrong energy.
But the journey inwards made me realize…
That the resistance I’m experiencing in building my business is simply a reflection of the resistance I experience when I try to force myself to get something done.
But what if…
…the life and business I was trying to create was much closer than I was aware of?
…all I had to do was get rid of the things that didn’t excite me and do more of the things that did?
…what if I could create and attract the life and business of my dreams only by focusing on what comes easy and naturally to me?
What if it’s supposed to be easy?
I decided it was time…
I had no clue how approaching my life with that question in mind would turn out, but it turned out to be the best decision I’ve ever made, because today you’ll find me…
mentoring people to create the life of their dreams effortlessly
living and “working” from wherever I want
living in flow, at peace and deeply fulfilled by living my purpose
creating beautiful relationships with wonderful people
And most importantly…
Doing what I love from wherever I desire while making the process fun, exciting and effortless! The ultimate freedom!
